Meet the Team

Jeremy Dupuis
Director of Business Development

Jeremy has been with us since December 2018, and in that time has worn a lot of hats. He started his IT journey in 2008 when he worked with Bob at R.W. Moore’s Computer Services. He went on to spend 8 years in the United States Army and work for the National Security Agency before coming to work for Computer Solutions and Innovations. Jeremy brings a plethora of technical and non-technical skills to the table. His greatest strengths are networking, relationship building, information security, and simplifying technical details in a way the end user can understand them.

Ira Sena
CEO, Residential Services Manager

Ira started fixing computers during his senior year at NKU, and started his own business, Computer Services by Ira, right after graduating in 2012. Since then, he has continued to hone his skills in device repair and remote support, while picking up additional skills in network wiring, wireless networking, and server configuration. When he’s not supporting clients in the field, he’s supporting our technicians with his experience. He lives in Park Hills, KY with his wife Sarah and two children.

Blake Mann
System Support Specialist

With a decade working in the area of IT System Support, Blake has a truly diversified skill set. His calm demeanor and always-friendly approach makes him popular with our clients! He is our lead support for both commercial and residential services in the Greensburg, Batesville, and surrounding areas.

Sarah Sena
Accounts and Billing Manager

Sarah joined the CSI Team in January of 2019 as our Receptionist and Secretary. She came to us from a background in Guest Services and Programs at the Creation Museum. Since the birth of her and Ira’s first child in 2021, she has transitioned to working from home in Accounts and Billing. CSI has come to depend upon her efficient work ethic, excellent memory, and careful attention to detail.

Patrick Gray
Systems Development Engineer

Pat has been with us since June 2018. He came to us from the Franklin County school system, where he worked as Computer Technician for four years and Director of Technology for ten years. His greatest strength is finding and leveraging open-source tools to build powerful and easy-to-use solutions. We rely on Pat for his innovation, both when meeting the needs of our clients and when building our own business resources. He lives in Indianapolis.

Robert W. Moore
COO & Chief Network Engineer

By age 11, Bob broke his father's work computer so many times, his dad required that he read a four-foot-high stack of PC repair manuals before he was allowed to use the computer again.  Challenge accepted!  Bob performed his first repairs on business PCs at the age of 12, and  went on to get his degree in Telecommunications and Networking Technologies from Purdue.  He opened R.W. Moore's Computer Services after college, and merged with Computer Services by Ira in 2016.  His top goal is to develop long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships with each and every client.  He enjoys teaching CSI personnel to improve their skills, and is known for using analogies and stories to help almost anyone understand technology concepts.

Hannah McDaniel
ClearSky Services Manager

Hannah has worked at CSI since April of 2021, when she was hired to temporarily fill in for Sarah during her maternity leave. She quickly developed an interest in the field of technology and eventually transitioned to device repair. She has since progressed her skills to become our ClearSky Services Manager, primarily taking care of our cloud and subscription services such as phone systems, managed antivirus, and offsite backups. Hannah is very detail- and task-oriented, and is always working to expand her knowledge of IT.

Devin Roth
System Support Specialist

Devin studied IT at the Southeastern Career Center during his sophomore year of high school, and took an IT internship in his senior year. Immediately after high school graduation, he joined CSI in June of 2021, and returned to the SCC as CSI’s onsite support technician. He works on everything from laptops to servers, and is learning routers and firewalls. His friendliness and determination make him an invaluable member of the team.

Matthew Sena
Repair Specialist

Matthew is our electronics repair guru. When it comes to getting into the complexities of circuits within a computer or appliance, Matthew is our go-to guy. He is our lead support for residential services in our Edgewood office.
